I'm glad that Chabahar is impacting the Pakis. Not only should we use Chabahar to ensure flow of goods to Afghanistan, but we should even resort to dumping practices, in order to create a black market spillover into Pakistan and break some of their industries. We just have to learn how to whipsaw their markets.
