Speculation is that Arun Jaitley could become either Foreign Minister or Finance Minister, and Sushma Swaraj as Defense Minister:

I've heard Jaitley's name tipped for Finance Minister, but I rather like the idea of him becoming Foreign Minister instead. He has a very persuasive eloquent style which would be wasted on the Finance Minister position, and would work better in the international arena, where his world-class skills would be up to standard. Let a strong technocrat head the Finance Ministry, where intense focus will be needed.
As for Defense Ministry, I don't feel it's terribly crucial in the near future, since the nastiness of these elections have clearly shown us that our Enemy Within is far more predatory than any of our neighbors, which means that our threat prioritization must be adjusted accordingly. That means we'll need a strong Minister of Law and Justice.

Sushma Swaraj is a perennial spoiler and whiner nd imho be kept an arms length away
