Genocidal thug walks free in anti-Sikh pogrom case

This acquittal reinforces the fact that Hindus and Sikhs are third class citizens in Nehruvian Stalinist India. This loyal congress man is a participant in the genocide of 5000 Sikhs by Kaangress thugs.

Note the association of the infamous "secular" bowel movement judge.

Is it an LBW decision in a Cricket game that a "secular" genocide perpetrator gets the
"benefit of doubt"(sic) ?

Congress leader Sajjan Kumar deserved the "benefit of doubt" in an anti-Sikh riots case as one of the victims and key witness Jagdish Kaur did not name him as an accused in her statement recorded by the Justice Ranganath Mishra panel in 1985, a Delhi court has said.

Whether you like it or not, or whether I like it or not, the judge can only go by the evidence and other facts presented to the Court. In this case and related ones, the prosecution seems to have taken care to make the evidence against certain privileged persons vanish. What can the judge do? He can probably order a fresh inquiry (that will take, may be, another 50 years), and thereby let the persons whose guilt has been established also escape along with the privileged ones. This is the bitter fact.
