this is an important and useful article to fend off the allegations that offshoring is causing current US job woes. according to them, no more than 90,000 jobs a year have been lost due to outsourcing to india, which pales even in comparison with the 300,000+ NET service jobs created every year.
similarly, they claim manufacturing job losses are due to the loss of US competitiveness, principally because of the overvalued dollar.
