Quick notes: Inferior Muslims, Ahmadi slaughter...

  • IS finds Indian Muslims 'inferior': South Asian and African IS fighters have a disproportionately high level of casualties as they are forced to the frontlines as foot soldiers. The six Indians killed so far are Athif Vaseem Mohammad (Telangana), Mohammad Umar Subhan (Karnataka), Maulana Abdul Kadir Sultan Armar (Karnataka), Saheem Farooque Tanki (Maharashtra), Faiz Masood (Karnataka) and Mohammad Sajid alias Bada Sajid (UP).

At times, the 'inferior fighters' are given a vehicle loaded with explosives, asked to go near a destination and call a certain number. They are told the purported individual would come and meet them to explain the mission. However, as soon as the number is dialed, the car explodes due to a pre-set mechanism aimed at destroying a specific target.

  • Why Pakistan persecutes the minority Ahmadi group: "In Pakistan, it is very easy for people who want to settle scores with their enemies to accuse them of blasphemy. They know that there are immediate arrests in blasphemy cases, and sometimes people are killed on the spot."

  • Madhuchandan, a software engineer from US is making farmers richer! "Our agriculture scientists are misleading farmers. Once a group of farmers were advised to set the waste on fire after the sugarcane field was harvested. The fire actually destroys the micro-organisms that are needed to maintain the soil fertility. The biggest drawback of our country is that we have agriculturists who have lot of theoretical knowledge but have no practical wisdom. Our agriculture universities should have experienced farmers instead of experts," points out Madhu.

  • India should master Solar Thermal:  Solar thermal technology only works in hot sunny countries. The price is falling, and its growing capacity to store energy is arousing interest.  The cost of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels is falling much faster but the International Energy Agency expects them both to play a part in an energy revolution which is likely to see solar as the dominant source of electricity globally by 2050.

Paddy Padmanathan of Saudi-owned ACWA Power, which is running the
Moroccan solar-thermal project, said: "Whether you are an engineer or not, any passer-by is simply stunned by it. You have 35 soccer fields of huge parabolic mirrors pointed to the sky which are moveable so they will track the Sun throughout the day."

Quick notes: Secularistan in Karnataka, RoP perverts...

  • No funds for govt schools, but..: Karnataka govt allocates Rs 47 crore to give honorariums to chief imams and muezzins (who call people for prayer).

  • Vibgyor school rape: The CCTV camera footage showed Mustafa dragging the six-year-old student into a room on July 3 afternoon. The camera footage also showed the girl crying. A Bihar native, Mustafa's laptop had videos of schoolchildren being raped. According to the police, a school in Whitefield had terminated Mustafa’s services after his alleged involvement in a sexual assault case. But the matter was not reported to the police.

  • Frazer Town Rape: Nasir, 28, the main accused in the case, had sexually assaulted at least 20 other women in the past. He is believed to have shot videos of the incidents and had blackmailed the victims into silence. "None of them have come forward to report the incidents," the officer said. Police have arrested three others who were involved in the 'Frazer Town horror' incident - Mohammed Hafeez (32), Mohammed Ishaq Sawood (32) and Shoaib Shiek Mohammed (27).

Quick notes: Starving science, psecurism in schools...

  • C.N.R. Rao bemoans lack of funding for science: On an average, funding for science was just 20% of what was needed for specific projects, and it never comes on time. The government appeared to be giving more importance to sport. The future of India is secure if it invests in basic science and science education. Only countries that have advanced scientifically have made progress. Investment in science should be raised from 1 per cent of the GDP to 6 per cent if India had to keep pace with China and South Korea. India ranks 66 among 140 countries on innovation.

  • Bharat Ratna awardee Prof CNR Rao vents out anger at politicians: "Our investments are marginal, comes late.... for that money we have got, we have performed. For the money we have been getting it is not bad at all, after all this kind of money is nothing."  Asked about China progress, the scientist said that,"We also have to take blame on ourselves, Indians we don't work hard, we are not like Chinese. We are easy going and we are not as much nationalists...If we get some-more money we are ready to go abroad."

  • Now, pSecularism starts in schools: The state Government issued an order directing district authorities to organise the study tour -- Karnataka Darshan - for students belonging to OBCs and minority community in government schools.   About 9,000 students, 300 from each district, would be selected for the tour."On what grounds students from other castes and communities have been left out?".

  • Homeowners who aimed their solar panels toward the west, instead of the south, generated 2% more electricity over the course of a day.

On The Comeback Trail

Once upon a time, it was the everyday garb of the traditional teenage girl. A tamed sartorial beauty of south India, the half-sari, popularly called langa-davani in Kannada and pavadai-thavani in Tamil has metamorphosed and made a comeback as a glamorous must-have in wardrobes of young girls and Bollywood actresses.

Karnataka Villagers Rescue Tiger

The Wildlife Conservation Society has commended the village of Nidugumba in Karnataka for saving an injured tiger that became entangled in barbed wire. The villagers prevented the tiger from being harassed until forest rangers and veterinarians arrived and freed the cat.
"Too often, in situations involving a large predator that is accidentally cornered in human-dominated landscapes, people can swiftly form mobs and attack the animal as well as impede forest officials handling the situation," Ullas Karanth, WCS Director for Science - Asia, said.

After Christian Tirupati it is Muslim Hampi‏

Truly amazing and outrageous assault on Hindu civilization and world heritage being perpetrated by these fanatics. What exactly are the local Hindus doing to counter this terrorism, if there are any local Hindus remaining in Hampi? Sleeping?
All this in a state ruled allegedly by the "Hindu nationalist" BJP.

While there are literally thousands of sacred Hindu temples, world heritage sites
located across India destroyed by medieval barbarian invaders and usurped as places of "worship" (sic) - We owe it to ourselves to protect and preserve at least sites like Hampi that the medieval barbarians failed to decimate completely.

Now it is the turn of Muslims to convert ruined Temples into dargas.

When the whole of South India was overrun by the Muslim invasion, Hinduism was at stake during 13-14 century AD. At this juncture, Vijayanagara Empire with its capital at Hampi was established in 1336 AD with the sole aim of protecting Hinduism. “But for Vijayanagar, Hinduism would have been reduced to a shadow and a mockery” says Dr. P B Desai, a famous historian.

Paes, a contemporary visitor described Hampi as “the best provided city in the world”, and mentioned that it was “as big as Rome”. Abdul Razzak (1443 A.D) says that it was a city “such that eyes have not seen or ear heard, of any place resembling it upon the earth”. With the fall of Vijayanagar Empire, Hampi was completely destroyed by Muslims in 1565 AD. The area is now full of Temple ruins, defaced idols, fort walls etc.

Hampi is now a world famous tourist centre with a rich cultural background. Situated on the bank of Tungabhadra River, it is the abode of the Lord Virupaksheshwara, the presiding deity of the area, which attracts thousands of devotees. During the historical period, Virupaksha was considered almighty wherein no human king or ruler had any power.

The Unesco has recognised it as a great historical place and has listed it under the World Heritage Series. It is even now a place of pilgrimage visited by thousands of devotees everyday.

Such an area is now wantonly defaced by Muslims; a repetition of what was done in 1565 AD. Many ruined Temples have been converted into Dargas. The Eeranna or Virabhadras Temple near the holy Purandara Mantap has been convered into Honnursabi Darga. The Santana Naga Temple is now Sayyad Bagdad Shah Darga. More than fifty Dargas have appeared in Hanumapada valley. Besides Muslims have begun to perform Namaz illegally in places like Hajara Rama Temple and Maranavami Dibba.

Besides thousands of Hippies who flock to Hampi have converted Hampi into a place of amusement and sexual activities. Liquor and other intoxicating materials are for sale in the area. The resorts cater to their needs. In this area, a Kashmir Muslim youth had a sexual union with a cow a few years ago. The Yoga Bhumi of Hampi has been converted into Bhoga Bhumi by these elements.

Neither the Hampi World Heritage Management authority nor the Deputy Commissioner have taken any action to stop such illegal, immoral activities in a sacred place like Hampi.

Deve Gowda (Secular) alert

"Ragi Mudde" Gowda's secular theater never fails to entertain in a disgusting kind of way. Can anyone still be legitimately proud of Indian democracy after the "humble farmer's" vulgar political show of the past few months. In Karnataka, people derisively call senior Gowda "Ragi mudde", i.e. a lump of grain, but I'd like to think of Gowda and sons as characters from this movie.

Persecution industry mischief in Karnataka

Even before the fledgling BJP state government of Karnataka can settle down, the christist persecution industry has a head start in terms of churning out it's diabolical mythology. In this instance, an unlikely combination of "Hindu radicals", local Muslims and a christian police officer is allegedly disrupting some padre's sermons -) ROTL.
