Seditious jester bats for Jihadis, yet again
This jester's atrocious and toxic statements have become unbearable. The champion running dog of the Islamo-fascist imperialists in India - in a way is quite representative of the anti-national, anti-Hindu Indian media. The right treatment for this jerk would have to be solitary confinement in a psychiatric institution. If that fails to produce any results, he should be deported to Taliban controlled territory in the North West Frontier Province.

Press Council Chairperson Markandey Katju has demanded that the government reinstate Defence Research and Development Organisation scientist Aijaz Ahmed Mirza who was arrested on terror charges but released on bail as the National Investigation Agency did not file a chargesheet against him.
In a letter written to Defence Minister A K Antony and Karnataka Chief Minister Jagdish Shettar, Katju said that if there is no evidence against Mirza,
"I would request you to look into this matter immediately, and if it is true that there is no evidence against he should be reinstated forthwith on the post he was holding before he was sacked, otherwise a wrong message will be sent throughout the country that Muslims are terrorists and are fair game for being persecuted and victimised by the communal forces," the PCI Chief said in his letter.
Katju said that he had already issued a press note criticising the false implication of Muslims in bomb blast cases. He also said that Mirza had in a TV interview said that he was tortured and made to suffer indignities in jail.
"Hence I request you to ensure that apart from reinstating him, adequate compensation is awarded to him by the central and state government and an open apology is issued by Central and State governments to Aijaz Ahmed," Katju said.

The Chindu propagandizes for Maoists
The Chindu has completely morphed into a Naxalite pamphlet. There are no hints of mere leftist bias anymore.
Here, it makes a big deal about the statue of a police officer located in a Chattisgarh village -
accused of "rape". I don't recall The Chindu of ever making a big deal about actual rapes perpetrated by "Maoists" - of village women and poor, forcibly conscripted female Maoist cadre.
Besides, allegations against the police officer need to be *proven*.
By The Chindu's standards, the
"Maoist" courier doctor "Binayak Sen" (stealth christist) should have received capital punishment for waging war against the nation. Yet, The Chindu was in the forefront of a
vociferous international campaign by pseudo-liberals to
let off the "Maoist" doctor whose hands are stained with the blood of hundreds of Indian security forces personnel.
So the outcry over the policeman's statue is curious.
Isn't The Chindu aware of various fascist murderers and rapists who have prominent landmarks named after them, in

Never forget Godhra
It was 11 years ago on this day that a well organised Moslem Jihadi mob with a strength of
over 2000, assembled at 7.0 AM
- set fire to coach S6 of the Sabarmati express, roasting alive 78 Hindu pilgrims - peaceful and unarmed men, women, children and senior citizens. By several accounts,
not disputed by the local authorities - many young Hindu women were abducted from the train - and are untraced till date.
Not a single word in their memory in the "SECULAR" press, electronic media, the chattering classes or the political
class, including the BJP.
May this atrocity never be forgotten and may the sacrifice of the 78 Hindus roasted alive never go unpunished.

Secular rape
Thought this merits a brief separate post.
In Nehruvian Stalinist India, "secular" rape does not constitute "rape".
Exhibit A: Molestation of female police officers belligerent anti-national Moslem rioters at Azad Maidan, Mumbai - including illegal Bangladeshi Mohammedan immigrants and their Indian Mohammedan accomplices.
Where was the outcry then?
I do not recall a single candle light vigil to protest that outrage and express solidarity with the molested police women. Is their honour not honour? Is their womanhood not womanhood?
Their molestation is not molestation when the perpetrators are a "peaceful" mob?
Mumbai police constable, Sujata Patil has been crucified in court and the psec media for articulating her indignation, in poetry against "secular" rape.
She has been forced to issue a
*written apology* to the "peaceful" mob, including desecrators of cenotaphs to fallen soldiers - now out on bail and using the "secular" judiciary
to commit figurative rape.
Even POLICEWOMEN ARE NOT IMMUNE from rape in Nehruvian Stalinist India, if the

A woman inspector Sujata Patil, attached with Matunga traffic police, called last year's Azad Maidan protesters as "snakes" and "traitors" in her poem and suggested that their hands should have been "chopped off". TOI was first to report the news. In her poem, captioned Azad Maidan, she wrote: "Hausla buland tha, izzat lut rahi thi...himmat ki gaddaron ne Amar Jyoti ko haath lagane ki, kaat dete haath unke toh faryad kisi ki bhi na hoti...Saanp ko doodh pila kar, baat kare hain hum bhai-chare ki. (Their morale was high, (women) were being dishonoured. The traitors had the audacity to touch Amar Jawan Jyoti. Had we cut off their hands nobody would have complained. We feed milk to the snakes and then talk of harmony."
What could possibly be objectionable about Sujata Patil's poem. She has forcefully articulated the sentiments of hundreds of millions of patriotic Indians. There is not even a remote mention of any particular community, their religious faith, leave alone anything offensive about the core tenets of that creed or its central figures.
(Apparently, the Razakar party of Hyderabad has a monopoly over true hate speech in the Deccan).
The poor lady constable is being
hounded by the "Secular" Nazis
for her articulate poetry. Why is the "Hindu nationalist" BJP missing in its defense of nationalism? This constable has given voice to nationalistic sentiment better than their dimwit President, Gadkari who hails from Maharashtra as well.
Balasaheb Thackeray would certainly have thrown the weight of the Shiv Sena, had he been alive. Hindus in Maharashtra and the rest of India are already feeling orphaned by the demise of the Tiger of Maharashtra.

Cosmetic Makeover?
I was going to post about the fiasco over the crackdown against Baba Ramdev's followers in Ramlila, but I came across Barking Mutt "discussing" it on NDTV, and couldn't help but notice her new look:
Her normal pug-faced appearance is now suddenly replaced with what looks to me like a new cosmetic makeover. Has she had surgery, or something? Unlike SRK's gradually Aryanizing face, it seems like she's had some sharp modifications. Besides the new hairstyle, she looks like she's gone in for some liposuction, like Star Jones from The View. Like Michael Jackson, maybe she'll eventually try to go all the way - blonde perhaps?

Public Journalism, Civic Action
I came across this Youtube video piece by a group calling itself "Video Volunteers":
We really need to promote public journalism by ordinary people, to improve civic action.
The biggest corruption scams may be at the state and federal levels, but the most common routine corruption is at the local level.
Sure, everybody complains about corruption, but documenting it is the best way to really put the guilty on the spot and in the spotlight.
The corrupt ruling party and their rentable media mercenaries have gotten a free ride with their "India Shining" mantra, but if enough public journalism can put their lies to shame, then it will significantly curtail their latitude to commit excesses.
We may talk about the potential for cellphone-led Jasmine revolutions in China nextdoor, but if we can put our own house in order, we'll be much better off for it.

India's first Comicbook Industry Convention was held in Delhi, with a total attendance of 16,000 - not a bad start. At least it will allow India to showcase its own indigenous talent alongside all the established international superheroes. Hopefully local events like these will allow India's comicbook industry to regain lost footing.

BANGALORE: Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, tennis world’s Indo-Pak Express, stormed into the US Open men’s doubles final early on Thursday, downing Argentina’s Eduardo Schwank and Horacio Zaballos 7-6 (7-5), 6-4 in the semifinals, before scores of Indians and Pakistanis who cheered in one voice. ‘Indo-Pak’ has never sounded sweeter.
The 16th-seed combination, who played their maiden Grand Slam semifinal before an audience that included the United Nations ambassadors of India and Pakistan, Hardeep Puri and Abdullah H Haroon, will take on the top-seeded American pair of Bob and Mike Bryan in the title round late on Friday.
"I see Qureshi from Lahore and Bopanna from Bangalore combining like brothers," sports minister MS Gill told TOI. "I have one question for everyone. If Bopanna and Qureshi can play together, why cannot India and Pakistan."
Enough already with the nauseating Indo-Pak love fest.

An aspiration to win would be

I wish this Indo-Pak pair loses in the U.S Open, if only because I want to see a quick end to the suicidal Indo-Pak love fest, before some moron like I.K Gujral proposes a joint Indo-Pak
team for the next Cricket World Cup.
Perhaps Azharuddin & Ayesha( Sangeeta Bijliani) could be brand ambassadors for such a team!

Democracy Down the TOI-let
The TOI-let paper has suddenly started questioning Hari Prasad's motives in investigating the potential fraud in EVMs. They're claiming that he's a tool for corporate interests who want to push their own brand of voting machines. Pathetic.
