Audio transcript of Arun Shourie's interview at Harvard recently.
Worth hearing in its entireity -- the man, as always, is super articulate and super sharp.
Hear him demolish some of the usual canards about oppression, muslims etc.
This guy is truly a titan among nationalists!

I don't think Shourie should have supported Jaswant Singh after the latter made remarks about BJP being like the KKK. To me, he showed a poor sense of timing, and this is why he continues to sit on the periphery as an intellectual instead of being a mover and a shaker.
loved the way he demolished the ‘world famous’ economist from the World Bank’s experiment (who no doubt is probably a child of that Rothschild fellow. the giridhardas fellow obviously never read his book “Falling over backward”.
i am also glad he stood by jaswant and his book, the coincidence of the KKK remark notwithstanding. shourie will always be a peripheral person in the party (unless a strong leader gives him an independent portfolio) – he is best when left to do what he dos best – define intellectual pathways.
Although I am more or less convinced of Shourie's credentials, a part of my conscience is not able to reconcile with the story (innuendo) about how Reliance communications got backdoor entry into the GSM league, when he was the minister concerned.
