India should remember how the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis confrontation between Washington & Moscow was exploited by China to wage its 1962 war on India. As renewed confrontation grows between Washington & Moscow over Ukraine, India needs to maintain vigilance and not be caught off guard again, from either of its major border fronts.
