Since the US badly needs India to be in the Quad (without whom the alliance would be useless), then perhaps India should demand that the US stop propping up Pakistan with loans from the World Bank, etc. It seems contradictory for US & Co to allow Pakistan to continue inflicting terrorism on an India which they claim is an ally.
