Could China do a Doklam against India's Ladakh?

China's obviously distracted by the Hong Kong protests right now, which shows that Modi-Shah-Doval-Jaishankar have picked a better moment to act on Kashmir. But we can't count on China being distracted forever. At some point, they'll turn their attentions back onto Kashmir and Ladakh. We'd better use our time to prepare for that moment, because we'll likely face major challenges from them when that moment comes.
