People are coming back just as the last vestiges of reforms Ver 1.0 and Ver 1.5 initiated by PVNR and ABV work their way through the system.
12 months from now, we will be back to the bad old days of Nehruvian stalinist stagnation.
By that time, things in the US are likely to be on the upswing or at least stabilise.
And then indians will have to pack their bags and head back stateside again, to make a living.
We indians are so stupid.
