Hey whats wroung with u guys. dont u see its all the Hindu fault. By going to amarnath they are hurting muslim sensibilities. We must learn to stay at home and stop going here & their like a bunch of pests.
& perhaps we can also blame our gods & goddesses (in this case Shivji), an ineffective lot. Lets face it -- we are a community on the defensive, very badly on the defensive.

The lady lecturer was arrested and let out only in the middle of the night. No political party, including the so-called pro-Hindu BJP came to her rescue. I don’t know whether the lecturer has her job still. She is a marked person for the Razakars (Hyderabad’s notorious icons). I fear for her safety.

Yes I saw this news item in Deccan Chronicle last week. I really wonder what are the rules for Freedom of Speech in India.. Wait it only applies if you want to degrade India or Hinduism, never mind, I answered my question.
I really wish our police (yes, I am proud product of Hyderabad) have some balls and arrest those MLAs who picketed, as there is a precedence set by SC where you can't hold dharnas. But that is my pipe dream..

When the Amarnath yatra was last attacked, BBC/CNN, NYT described the Hindu pilgrims as
"phallus worshippers". There has already been 1 fatality. Let's wait and see what/how the Atlantic MSM reports.

What kind of logical self-flagellation is this ?
You're on a very slippery slope by saying this. Very soon, we'll be arguing the merits of montheism vs. polytheism, exclusive passports to heaven etc.
Our religious scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita did not prescribe cowardice and pacifism. They do preach compassion, non-violence, respect for life etc but also enjoin upon us to wage war for dharma, when all efforts at peaceful negotiation have been exhausted (in our case, long ago in 1947).
However, this tradition has been largely negated by extreme pacifism - distortions of the pristine glory of Hinduism introduced, first by Buddha, then by Gandhi, i.e. non-violence at all and any cost, non-violence for it's own sake, non-violence as the ultimate goal.
Of course, it is very convenient for cowards to take the easy way out, i.e. take recourse to "non-violence".
Didn't even Gandhi say that "the Hindu is a coward & the mussulman is a bully" ?
Didn't even Gandhi say that "non-violence" should not be practised by cowards as an excuse for their cowardice ?
So, why blame Hindu religion for the cowardice of it's modern day dhimmi adherents ?
What Hindus need to do, when facing this mortal danger, is to take swift and strong punitive action against muslim bigots in the rest of India, regardless of secularist propaganda.
The RSS is the only organisation with the infrastructure & nation wide reach to do this.
Despite being demonised as "fascists" by the secular taliban, the RSS is actually stuck in 20th century tactics and ends up
as a harmless practitioner of Gandhianism.
There is a serious need for them to modernise and acquire the means to enforce a final solution.
