I dont understand. How can religious freedom still be complete if propagating it is restricted? I am not saying that coercion is the way to go. But people should be allowed to express their opinions to others, thus allowing others to have a choice. And all people should also be receptive to hearing others express their ideas. Only then will freedom of religion be complete.
Just because Evangelical Christians compete with each other to propagate their religion or commercialize it, or just because Muslims use violent methods to prevent fellow-Muslims from converting to other practices doesnt mean that completely restricting propagation is the right step.
