News I saw a few minutes in Rediff newsletter says, Confirmed: Drone shot down by Pakistan made in China, as reported originally in Chinese news.
Brilliant and logical explanation by SadhGuru as to why Hindus avoid Beef. Yet, there are many ENSLAVED MINDS that will argue the point and question what is the difference between Beef and other flesh. These are the same "utilitarian" minds who see no difference between Vagina X, Vagina Y and Vagina Z. X may belong to a prostitute, Y may belong to one's wife and Z may belong
to one's mother. Is there no difference? Should there be no difference? A purely consumerist perspective would suggest that they are all one and the same in terms of chemical, material composition and have the same utility of satisfying man's base consumerist instinct. Human life is more than just material consumerism. I agree with SadhGuru. There are purely economic, environmental and ecological reasons not to slaughter the Cow - leave alone religious and civilizational values that preclude it.
